Which enterprises under Ministry of Construction to undergo divestment?

The information was stated in the Decision No. 861/QD-BXD signed by Ministry of Construction Nguyen Thanh Nghi, promulgating plan to implement the Government's Resolution on the Economic Restructuring Plan for the Years 2021–2025. 

The decision states that the Ministry of Construction will pay special attention to the restructuring and divestments of Song Hong Joint Stock Company, Construction Machinery Corporation - JSC (COMA), and the equitization of Housing Urban Development (HUD) and Vietnam Cement Industry Corporation (VICEM).

Leaders in the Ministry of Construction gave immediate directives to manage challenges and issues, actively explore solutions, or submit them to the Minister for consideration and action.

Before November 15 of each year, the heads of the agencies and units under the Ministry of Construction develop issue-specific plans for their organizations and assess the implementation situation, and before December 10 of each year. The Construction Economics Department summarizes, assesses, and reports on the state of each organization.
