Da Nang to develop into attractive logistics center

The Da Nang City People’s Committee has approved a logistics service development plan during the 2021-2030 period with a vision toward 2050, in order to effectively connect the central key economic zone with the East-West Economic Corridor.

Under the plan, Da Nang will develop into a highly attractive logistics center for investors by 2030. Its seaports and the Da Nang International Airport will act as a gateway for delivery and transportation with localities in Vietnam, ASEAN countries, and the world at large.

By 2050, the city will possess a modern logistics system with a clear structure and complete infrastructure to meet quality requirements of international logistics services.

The city calls for investors to invest in building ten logistics centers, including one regional-level logistics center, eight provincial-level logistics centers, and one aviation logistics center.
